GETTING STARTED:
Hosting is charged monthly at $15.00 per month.
Hosting is a mandatory service for all websites regardless of who builds them. You must "HOST" a website on a Web Server
so that visitors may view the website on the World Wide Web. In exchange for your Hosting payment we build and maintain
the clients website FREE! *Some restrictions do apply please read further to learn more.
Domain Registration is charged annually at $15.00 per year.
A Domain is what users will type into their browser to view the website.
For example:
www.myextrotech.com
www.example.com
www.yourcompany.com
The client is asked to pay a setup fee of $30.00. This covers the first months Hosting payment as well as
the first annual Domain Registration payment.
After purchase clients will be contacted within 1 business day to go over Domain availability & Design.
What a client can expect:
This program works well for individuals and companies who need a professional web presence. The monthly service fee of $15.00
covers the majority of what a company needs for a professional web presence. This includes Hosting, 5 Email Accounts,
Website Design/Redesign, Content & Design changes as needed.
*Advanced application functionality is not covered however can be provided at a rate of $75/hour.
Some examples of Advanced Application Functionality are:
A. Database driven online applications
B. Gaming applications
C. Heavy backend user interactive applications
Online Contact Forms are covered under the Free Website Program and not considered Advanced Application Functionality.
If you have a question about Advanced Application Functionality please do not hesitate to contact us.
You may have as many websites as you wish, however each website is considered a new account and is subject to all of the
following terms and conditions.
What eXtrotech, Inc. requests from the client:
Clients are responsible for providing all written content on the website. Clients may provide images, graphics, and designs however
this is not required.
TERMINATION: The client will not be charged a termination fee. The client must give eXtrotech, Inc. 30 days notice of their
intention to cancel by phone, mail, or email and all past due balances must be paid before the account will be closed.
PAYMENTS: Service charges are billed on the 5th of every month and considered late on the 15th. Automatic payment is available
however not required. An additional $3.00 per month is added to your bill if you opt out of automatic payments.
Automatic payments will be taken on the 5th of every month.
Your account will be charged an additional $5.00 late fee each month that the payment is not received by the 15th.
eXtrotech, Inc. uses a third party billing company so please be aware that your transaction will show up as
"Software Interactive Corp" on your bank statement.
Invoices will be sent to your email address on file on the 1st of each month. Payment receipts will be sent immediately following successful
payments via email accounts on file. Please contact us should you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding our billing methods.
eXtrotech, Inc. reserves the right to disconnect any website that has a past due balance.
